Today, I’m trying something new: an audio recording instead of a written post.
This one’s on body agency, the sense we have that we can have an intention and empower ourselves (and our bodies) to achieve it.
This is designed as a follow-up to the piece Body Agency: Your Natural Antidepressant, that I wrote several weeks ago.
But in case you missed that one and don’t have time, this also stands on its own.
May these reflections keep you company as you clean your home, walk your dog, cook a meal, or otherwise go about your day.
This is a little longer than I intended. (Because, what else is new?)
That aside, I’d love to hear how this format works for you.
Is this a keeper? Easier/harder to digest than the written word? Better as an occasional change of pace? Something else?

Love the content but I find written blogs easier to digest versus auditory learning. My preference would be written forum versus auditory. It also makes it more accessible to share with other folks in writing.
